The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner stated that the Affidavit in Reply on behalf of Respondent No. 3 was served on the Petitioner only yesterday, i.e., 12th November 2025. He, therefore, seeks some time to take instructions and file an Affidavit in Rejoinder, if any. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner also made a grievance that though the said Affidavit refers to a report of a Range Officer, the same is NOVEMBER 13, 2025 Darshan Patil

5-WP-11034-2025.doc not annexed to the Affidavit, and a copy of the same be supplied to the Advocate for the Petitioner.

Ms. Vyas, the learned Addl. GP states that the said report shall be served on the Advocate for the Petitioner within a week from today. The statement is accepted.

We now place the above matter on 11th December 2025. The Affidavit in Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed on or before the next date, and a copy of the same shall be served on the learned Addl. GP. 5.

Ad-interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date. 6.

Stand over to 11th December 2025.
