Heard learned counsel for the parties.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner pressed only for prayer clause 'a' i.e. direction to respondents to conduct a joint survey of the subject plot, being Plot No. 22, admeasuring 141402 , m2 situated at Ambernath Industrial Area, Village Chikloli, Taluka Ambernath, District Thane, in the presence of petitioner and to jointly demarcate the boundaries of such area that has been acquired by respondent no.1 from the petitioner. Since other reliefs are not pressed, we are not going into the merits of the same.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2 and learned counsel for respondent no.3-State on instructions that they have no objection if directions are given to carry out joint survey as sought for.

Accordingly, we direct Taluka Inspector of Land Records to conduct the said survey in the presence of the petitioner/his representative and also in the presence of the respondent nos. 1 and 2. 2/3

The costs of the joint survey be borne by petitioner. 6.

The said joint survey be carried out within four weeks from the date of uploading of the orders.

Petition is accordingly allowed and disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
