The present Petition can be disposed off by directing the Respondent No.4-Deputy Director to decide the proposal dated 15th July 2025, which is annexed at page 34 to the Petition, within a period of six weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The Respondent No.4-Deputy Director is directed to decide the said proposal on its own merits. 2.

In case, if there is any deficiency in the proposal, the Respondent Nos.5 & 6-Management be intimated within a period of one week from osk 1 of
