Learned Counsel submits that though in respect of Tender No.7 same speciications are provided which were provided for Tender No.6, the Respondents have awarded Tender No.7 to the Petitioner and arbitrarily rejected the technical bid of Petitioner for Tender No.6. 4.

Learned AGP submits that work order to the Respondent No. 4 has been issued on 15th July 2025.

Issue notice to the Respondents.

Learned AGP waives notice for Respondent Nos.1 to 3. Aidavit Patil-SR 1 of
