By this Petition, the Petitioners seek a direction to the Respondent No.2 - SLAO to decide the Petitioners' representation dated 23.06.2025 expeditiously.

Learned AGP on instructions submits that Petitioners have been served with notices and the next date before the SLAO is 28.08.2025.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned AGP, learned Counsel for the Petitioners does not press this Petition Prasad 1/2

Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 5.

Needless to state, that we have not gone into the merits of the petition or the representation made by the Petitioners' to the SLAO and as such, keep all contentions of all parties on merits open. 6.
