By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner is impugning the Orders dated 15th January 2025 and 11th June 2025 passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act by the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate of Thane in Criminal M. A. No. 4619 of 2024 in respect of the secured assets described in prayer Clause (b) of the Petition.

Considering the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, there is an alternate remedy available to the Petitioner before the Debt Recovery Tribunal ("DRT") under the SARFAESI Act.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is not maintainable on this ground and is disposed of.
