Writ petition nos. 11052 of 2025 and 11053 of 2025, not on Board, taken on Board, as similar issues arise in these petitions alongwith writ petition no. 11079 of 2025.

The petitioners in these petitions, are challenging the impugned orders dated 21.08.2025, on the ground that the said transfer orders violate the transfer policy, as per the Government Resolution dated 18.06.2024. Reliance is placed on clause 5.6 of the said Government Resolution, which stipulates that ordinarily transfers shall be undertaken between 1st May to 31st May of every year. 3.

It is submitted that the transfer orders issued recently on 21.08.2025 are mid-term transfers, with no special reasons being recorded for the same.

It is further brought to the notice of this Court that in similar matters, while issuing notice, this Court has granted orders of statusquo. A specific statement is made on behalf of the petitioners that till date, they have not been relieved from their posts in Zilla Parishad, Nanded.

In view of above, issue notice, returnable on 03.10.2025. Learned AGP waives service on behalf of respondent no. 1 in all writ petitions. Ms. Diggikar, learned counsel, waives service on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 in these petitions.

Reply affidavits, shall be filed before the next date of listing.

Till the next date of listing, status-quo as of today, shall be maintained.
