The principal challenge in the writ petition is to an order passed under Rule 107 (11)(d)(vi) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Rules, 1961. This Court in the case of Amit Prakash Jori & Anr. vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors., Writ Petition No.1331 of 2025 decided on 4 February 2025 has held exercise of such power is ministerial and executionary in nature. 2.

For the reasons stated in the judgment in the case of Amit Prakash Jori (supra), the writ petition stands dismissed. 3.

However, contentions raised by the petitioners regarding validity of attachment and all other contentions are kept open to be agitated in an appropriate proceeding as are permissible in law. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
