The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that objections have been raised and filed, and the CIDCO authorities are yet to decide on those objections and formalize the final seniority list. 1/2

In view of the above, this Petition is prematurely filed. There is no cause of action as on date. The CIDCO authorities will have to decide the objections.
