Upon mention by Ms. Kamble, we take up this praecipe in the disposed Writ Petition No.11068 of 2025 for consideration.

Upon considering the submissions made, we extend the time limit for filing an Appeal by further period of four weeks. Paragraph 4 of our order dated 10 September 2025 should therefore be construed as permitting the Petitioner to institute an Appeal within eight weeks. If the Appeal is instituted within eight weeks of the uploading of our order of 10 September 2025 and not this order, then, the Appellate Authority should hear the Appeal on merits without adverting
