The learned AGP submits, on instructions, that the proposal forwarded by the Management to Respondent No.2, is now transmitted to Respondent No.1, State. Since the proposal for seeking approval to the transfer of the Petitioner from the unaided establishment to the aided establishment pertains to the non-teaching category, Respondent No.2 will have to decide the said proposal.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions :- Gayatri Shimpi

28-WP-11069-2025.odt a) Respondent No.2 would fetch the pending proposal from Respondent No.1, within a period of 15 days from today. b) Since Respondent No.2 has already remarked on the proposal that it is in order, he would consider the same on its own merits and pass an order within a period of 30 days. c) If the proposal is accepted, Shalarth-ID would be granted by following the due procedure. If the proposal is not approved, liberty to the aggrieved parties to avail of a remedy, as is permissible in law.
