Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that as there are some glitches in the implementation of the transfers in terms of directions contained in the G. R. dated 18th June, 2024. The process of transfer had to be conducted online.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners have made representation pointing out the grievances in respect of the transfer process. The Association made a representation to the Chief Executive Officer Kolhapur aggrieved by the process. Our attention is then invited to the various representations at page No.57 onwards up to page No.66 by the employees aggrieved by the manner in which the transfer policy is being implemented.

Petition can be disposed off by directing the Respondent No.2 Chief Executive Officer Zilla Parishad Kolhapur or the Authority designated by him to decide the representations and take the same to its logical conclusion expeditiously, before the transfer process is completed.

Additionally, if the Petitioners want to prefer comprehensive representation, they may do so within period of two days from today. 5.

The Writ petition is disposed off.
