Learned Counsel appearing for the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) seeks time to file affidavitin-reply. Time granted. The same to be tendered before this Court on the next date, however, an advance copy of the same to be served on the learned Counsel appearing for the respective respondents, by Monday.

All the aforesaid petitions to be de-tagged considering that 2/3
the issue in each of the petition may be different. However, all the petitions to be listed on 26th August, 2025. To be placed on the Supplementary Board.

Learned A.G.P has tendered a letter addressed to the Police Authority by the PMRDA stating therein that they required Police Protection to remove unauthorized constructions of the concerned area.

In the meantime, parties to maintain status-quo in all the petitions, as of today.
