Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

The petitioners are aggrieved by transfer orders dated 21.08.2025 issued by the respondent - Zilla Parishad. The petitioners claim that the transfer orders violate the relevant clauses of the transfer policy under the Government Resolution dated 18.06.2024. 3.

It is submitted that the petitioners are entitled to couple convenience and that the transfer orders can be treated to be mid-term transfer orders, as clause 5.6 of the said Government Resolution

2 WP/11099/2025 specifies that ordinarily the transfers are to be undertaken between 1st May to 31st May of each year.

In similar petitions, this Court has already issued notices and the petitions are kept for further consideration on 03.10.2025. 5.

Hence, issue notice, returnable on 03.10.2025. 6.

Learned AGP waives notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3 and Mr. Narwade h/f. Ms. Narwade, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of respondent nos. 4 and 5.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 4 and 5 makes a statement that the petitioners have already been relieved from the present post.

In that light, as of today, we are not inclined to grant any ad-interim relief.

9.

Reply affidavits, on behalf of the respondents, be filed before the next date of hearing.
