CORAM : SHREE CHANDRASHEKHAR & MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, JJ DATE : 13TH AUGUST 2025.
P.C. :
Having regard to the main prayer made in this writ petition which is directed against the delay on the part of the Committee in making a final decision as regards validity of the caste certificate of the petitioner, this writ petition cannot be entertained by the High Court at Bombay. The learned State counsel submits that the Committee against which the petitioner has raised a grievance falls within the jurisdiction of the Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench and therefore, this writ petition is not maintainable. 2.
In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition so as to enable the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition before the Aurangabad Bench.
3.
