The grievance of the Petitioners is that the proposal dated 5th April 2024 of the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Solapur, forwarded to the Deputy Director of Education, Pune Region, Pune, for including the name of the Petitioner No.1 in the Shalarth Pay System and consequently granting the Shalarth-I.D. to the Petitioner No.1 is pending. 2.

In the facts and circumstances of the matter, we direct the Deputy Director of Education, Pune Region, Pune, to decide the proposal dated osk 1 of
