The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is for a 1/2

42-WP-11105-25.doc direction to the Respondent-State to restore possession of the secured asset in the presence of the authorised officer of the Petitioner Bank. 3.

The learned AGP for the Respondent-State on instructions states that the concerned Tahsildar will take repossession of the secured asset and restore the possession to the Petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today. Statement is accepted. This shall be subject to payment of costs of repossession, which shall be borne by the Petitioner.

The Petitioner shall exercise due care in ensuring that the secured asset is not trespassed.

Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of in the above terms.

Petition shall be placed for compliance on 6th January 2026.
