This Writ Petition has been placed for compliance pursuant to the order dated 10 October 2025. It is recorded in the said order that the learned AGP for Respondent Nos.1 and 3 on instructions stated that the concerned Tahasildar will take repossession of the secured asset and restore the possession to the Petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of the said order. The statement was accepted. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is no longer pressing for the repossession of the secured asset to be taken by the concerned Tahasildar and for restoration of possession to the Petitioner in view of a settlement being arrived at between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.3 and 4. In view of the above statement and considering that the Writ Petition has already been disposed of by order dated 10 October 2025, no further orders are necessary.
