The petitioners are aggrieved by transfer orders dated 21.08.2025, issued by the respondent - Zilla Parishad. The petitioner claims that the transfer orders violate the relevant clauses of the transfer policy under Government Resolution dated 18.06.2024. 3.

It is submitted that the petitioners are entitled to couple convenience and that the transfer orders can be treated to be mid-term transfer orders, as clause 5.6 of the said Government Resolution,

2 WP/11125/2025 specifies that ordinarily, the transfers are to be undertaken between 1st May to 31st May of each year.

In similar petitions, this Court has already issued notices and the petitions are kept for further consideration on 03.10.2025. 5.

Hence, issue notice, returnable on 03.10.2025. 6.

Learned AGP waives notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3 and Mr. Narwade h/f. Ms. Narwade, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of respondent nos. 4 and 5.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 4 and 5 informs this Court that petitioners have already been relieved from the present posts and some other employees have joined in the said posts. 8.

Details of the said persons shall be given to the petitioners by tomorrow.

Leave is granted to the petitioners, to join such persons, as party respondents. Amendment be carried out within one week. Notice shall also be issued to the newly joined respondents. 10.

In view of the above, as of today, we are not inclined to grant any ad-interim relief.
