The Petitioners have filed this present Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following substantive relief: "(b) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction in the nature thereof, thereby directing the Respondent No. 2 to take decision on the representations dated 25.11.2024 and 17.12.2024 [Exhibits "D" & "E"] made by the Petitioners, within such period as may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court."

Given the innocuous nature of the relief sought, and noting that no prejudice whatsoever would be caused to either parties by the grant of such relief, we hereby dispose of the petition in terms of prayer clause (b). Respondent No.2 is directed to decide the Petitioners' representations dated Meera Jadhav

2/2 302-wp-1127-25.doc 25th November 2024 and 17th December 2024, i.e. Exhibits 'D' and 'E' to the Petition.

Let the Petitioners be granted a hearing and then an order on the representations be passed in accordance with law. All contentions of the parties in that regard are expressly kept open.

Representations to be heard within one month from the date on which a copy of this Order is placed before Respondent No. 2. 6.

Needless to observe that, while taking a decision all other parties, who are likely to be prejudiced/affected, shall also be heard. All contentions of such parties are also hereby expressly kept open.

Petition is disposed of.

No costs.
