The petitioner who states that he has been short-listed for admission in Master of Computer Application Course under Scheduled Tribe Category seeks a direction to the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee at Nashik for taking a final decision as regards the validity of the caste certificate issued to him. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents.

The petitioner is permitted to serve a copy of this order to the Commissioner, State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State and the Principal of the Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Management and Information Technology, Navi Mumbai so as to apprise them that the Scheduled Tribes Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee may take a decision on or before 10th September 2025. We also request the Scheduled Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny 1/2
