Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the present matter arises out of the interim order permitting the condonation of delay by order dated 16th May 2025 passed by the District Superintendent, Land Records. She submits that the proceedings before the District Superintendent, Land Records has been dismissed on merits against the Respondents. 1/2 65 WP 11173.25+IA.doc Dusane

In view of the same, learned counsel submits that the present proceedings are rendered infructuous. She however, submits that in the event any proceedings filed challenging the final order passed by the District Superintendent, Land Records, liberty be reserved to agitate her grievances as regards the points for condonation of delay and any other contention that may be available to her. Leaving all contentions open including point of delay to be taken up before the appropriate forum, if occasion arises, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
