By this Writ Petition, the challenge is to the legality and validity of the Order dated 29th March 2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Pune below Exhibit-23 in P.A. No. 1671 of 2018, by which additional amount of Rs.8,000/- in addition to Rs.6,000/- per month granted in D.V. proceedings has been granted by the learned Judge of the Family Court as maintenance for the minor son. Thus, aggregate interim maintenance granted is Rs.14,000/- per month for the minor son, who is about 6 years old. Dusane

It is admitted position that the annual income of the wife is Rs.16,76,804/- while the annual income of husband is Rs.20,41,906/-.

It is admitted position that the son is staying with the wife and she is maintaining him, whereas the husband is contributing an amount of Rs.6,000/- plus 60% of the educational expenses. 5.

Considering the annual income of the wife and the husband and considering that an aggregate amount of Rs.14,000/- per month has been granted as maintenance and considering the income of the Petitioner, no interference in the impugned Order is warranted under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 6.

The Writ Petition is dismissed, however, with no order as to costs.
