Present Writ Petition takes exception to the order dated 13.06.2018 passed in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 67 of 2017, whereby order dated 28.02.2017 passed by Civil Judge, Junior Division, Kannad below Exhibit 5 in R.C.S. No. 91/2016, granting temporary injunction against Petitioner has been confirmed.

Learned Advocate appearing for Petitioner submits that the evidence of plaintiff is already over in the suit. Apparently present Writ Petition is filed after seven years of passing of impugned order. No plausible explanation is given to explain inordinate delay. Even otherwise no jurisdictional error is brought to notice of Court. Both courts concurrently held in favour of Respondent.
