It is informed by Mr. Nishar, learned Advocate for Petitioners that in synopsis, the relevant act is mentioned as 'Maharashtra Land Revenue Code' and hence the matter is listed before this Court at Sr. No. 133. He would inform the Court that the impugned act is 'Registration Act'. In view thereof, liberty is granted to the Petitioners to amend the synopsis and all consequential amendment pertaining to the relevant Act considering that it is a pre-hearing amendment. Amendment is permitted to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Reverification stands dispensed with.
