Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

By an order dated 6th October, 2025, at the request of Mrs. Vrushali Raje, the learned AGP, by way of indulgence, one week's time was granted. It does not appear that the respondent has filed any affidavit-in-reply.

Miss. Jadhav, the learned AGP again seeks time to take instructions on the ground that though a communication was received from the respondents, further instructions are yet to be received. Having regard to the nature of the impugned communication dated 29th January, 2025 addressed to the Registrar of Assurances prima facie this Court is of the view 1/2

6-WP11186-2025.DOC that respondent No.5 has no authority to address such communication to the Registrar of Assurances directing the Authorities under the Registration Act, 1908, not to register the instrument.
