By praecipe bearing today's date, the Advocate for the Petitioner has sought for implementation of ad-interim order dated 22nd August 2025 which has permitted the Respondent-Bank to proceed with the auction sale, if so advised, but the same shall not be confirmed until the returnable date. The ad-interim order is operational till the returnable date i.e. 26th September 2025.

In view the matter be placed on 6th October 2025. The ad-interim order shall continue till next date.
