Mr Shinde, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners prays for an interim order staying the holding of election of the Cooperative Bank Ltd, fixed on 21st August 2025. 6.

After going through the material on r ecord and taking note of the fact that the Writ Petitioners have themselves submitted the nomination which were rejected and the challenge made to such rejection of nomination was also not interfered by this Court, we are not inclined to pass any interim order in this matter. The prayer to stay the elections of Municipal Cooperative Bank Ltd, fixed on 21st August 2025, therefore, stands rejected. However, the election if held, would be subject to the outcome of this Writ Petition.
