The Writ Petition has been filed in view of the Respondent No. 2 Bank having taken measures under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act for taking possession of the secured asset and pursuant to which impugned order dated 18th March 2025 has been SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, RaigadDigitally signed by SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Date:

Mr. Soman, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners states on instructions that the Petitioners will settle the outstanding dues of the Respondent No. 2 - Bank by making payment of the sum of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only) on or before 30th September 2025 and balance dues by 31st October 2025. Statement is accepted. 3.

In view of his statement, the Respondent No. 2 - Bank shall not take any coercive measures in respect of the secured asset of the Petitioner, pursuant to the impugned order dated 18th March 2025 passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raigad-Alibag. 4.

Writ Petition shall be placed for compliance on 3rd November 2025.
