Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner. Present Petition has been filed for direction to respondent Nos.4 and 5 to forward the proposal to the office of respondent No.3 as regards grant of monetary benefits by declaring deemed date as a headmaster in favour of the petitioner. Prayer clause D is in respect of direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the representations dated 11th April 2025 and 25th May 2025. According to the petitioner, the deemed date of his promotion for the post of headmaster would come even prior to 22nd July 1989, in view of his

wp-11264.25 representation dated 9th August 2000, which is at page No.65. The question is of delay and laches. However, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that though representations were made, they were not decided and the question in respect of minority status to the institution was pending in one or the other matters. He wants to produce certain documents on record to show that the petitioner was pursuing his cause with the authorities. He may file additional affidavit along with the documents within a period of two weeks.
