Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that
wp-11264.25 prayer clause E] if directed to be considered, it will suffice the purpose of the petitioner at the present stage. The petitioner states that the petitioner was eligible to grant promotion as Headmaster, several representations to the authority have been made, however the said representations were not considered due to several litigations which were pending in the Court of law. The main grievance of the petitioner is that he has taken objection to the illegal appointment and promotion of the headmaster which has been granted by respondent Nos.4 and 5. 3.
However, without going into the merits of the matter, we had sought instructions from the learned AGP appearing for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3, who submits that the representations which are pending before the respondent authorities would be decided within a period of eight weeks from today. The statement is accepted as an undertaking. 4.
Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to decide the representations of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today. Accordingly , the Writ Petition stands disposed of. [HITEN S. VENEGAVKAR] [SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI] JUDGE JUDGE asb/JAN26
