Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is appointed w.e.f. 16th June 2025 on 100% granted post for Shikshan Sevak. He would further submit that even a proposal for seeking approval for appointment submitted by the school management on 27th June 2025 and yet it is not decided. He would further point out the Government Resolution whereby the mandate is created on the Education Officer to decide the proposal within 8 weeks from receipt of such proposal.

Mr. Mali, learned AGP would submit that the issue of Pavitra Portal is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court for further hearing.
