It is the grievance of the Petitioners that proposals submitted by Petitioners for approval for going ahead with the recruitment process has been stalled by the Respondent-Education Officer by removing the on-line advertisement from Pavitra Portal.

The Petitioners seek direction to the Respondent-Education Officer to decide their representations / proposals on its own merits and shall not turn down the same on the ground that the Petitioners appointment to not have been made through Pavitra Portal. 3.

We direct the Education Officer to deice the proposals on it's own merits.

Petitions thus stand disposed of.
