By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent No.2-District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Nashik, to decide proceeding No. Nil/2025, which is at Exhibit `A' to the petition, expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives for further consideration in the present petition. The petition accordingly stands disposed of.

Needless to state, that we have not gone into the merits of the proceedings pending before the respondent No.2District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Nashik, and as such, all contentions of the parties on merits are kept open. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
