The petitioner qua the relief by delay in disposal of the application is seeking validation of the caste certificate. 2.

Mr. P.P. Kakde, the learned AGP for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 tenders a copy of the order dated 20th August 2025 to apprise this Court that today, the Caste Scrutiny Committee has declined to record validation of the caste certificate issued to the petitioner. 3.
