The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the application for Caste Validation Certificate is pending with the Caste Scrutiny Committee since 28th May 2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has been granted admission in Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan's Sardar Patel Institute of Technology at Mumbai and the last date for furnishing the Caste Validation Certificate is 4th September 2025.

In view thereof, the Caste Scrutiny Committee, Palghar Division shall make an endeavour to pass final order on an application submitted by the petitioner on 28th May 2025, on or before 29th August 2025.

Copy of the order passed by second respondent - Committee is directed to be produced on the next date of hearing. 5.
