Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad tenders a copy of the order dated 28th July, 2022, passed by this Court at the Aurangabad Bench in Writ Petition No. 6838 of 2022 and connected matters, to which one of us (Ravindra V. Ghuge, J.) is a party. The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that since the proposals of these Petitioners are pending, the Zilla Parishad may consider it within a reasonable time and, if the Petitioners are eligible, grant the benefits after verification.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. 4.

We direct the Zilla Parishad to deal with the applications of these Petitioners on their own merits in the light of the judicial pronouncements, within a period of 60 days from today, and pass a reasoned order. If any of the Petitioners suffers an adverse order, he/she would be at liberty to assail the same before the appropriate forum.
