Since, during the pendency of the aforesaid petition, the relief sought for by the petitioners is redressed, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Learned Counsel, however, further seeks liberty to challenge the computation charges levied by the MIDC.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

Needless to state, that the petitioners are always at liberty to challenge the computation of charges levied by the MIDC, in accordance with law, if the occasion so arises. SANDESH D. PATIL, J.
