Pursuant to the order dated 18th September 2025, the grievances of Petitioner Nos. 2, 3 and 4 have been redressed by the Competent Authority. However, the grievances of Petitioner Nos. 1 and 5 are yet to be resolved. 2.

Mr. Jadhavar, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, submits that although Petitioner Nos. 2, 3 and 4 have been accommodated at their desired TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO places, the said accommodation is recorded as temporary on the ground that the present Writ Petition is pending.
