In this petition, the Petitioner has approached before this Court seeking directions against Respondent No.3-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Solapur to consider and decide the representations whereby a request was made to grant posting to the Petitioners under scheme of unification of husband and wife at one station or within the area of 30 km radius by relying upon the Government Resolution dated 18th June 2024.

It is informed by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent - Zilla Parishad that representation of the petitioner has been decided on 18th February 2026.

In view of this, the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition to challenge the order of the Chief Executive Officer before the appropriate forum as per the mechanism provided under the Government Resolution dated 18th June 2024.

Accordingly, Writ Petition stands disposed of. 5.

In view of disposal of the petition, pending Interim Application also stands disposed of.
