Respondent No.4 was transferred from Pune to Satara by the Petitioner. The Respondent No.2 cancelled the said transfer Order. According to the Petitioner, no opportunity of hearing was given to them before the impugned Order was passed.

In our opinion, the cause of action pertains to the jurisdiction of the Principal Seat.
