Despite private notice, none appears on behalf of the respondent No.3.

Hence, we request the Police Inspector of Bandra West Police Station, Mumbai, to depute an officer to inform the respondent No.3 of the next date and to also serve a copy of the today's order on the respondent No.3, so as to enable the respondent No.3 to remain present before this Court. A report to that effect to be placed before us, on the next date.

Stand over to 22nd December 2025.

We make it clear, that if none appears on behalf of the respondent No.3 on the next date, appropriate orders will be passed by us in the aforesaid petition.
