The petitioner, aged 15 years seeks termination of her pregnancy which is of 27 weeks and 4 days, as of today. 1/3

Considering the the aforesaid, we deem it appropriate to direct the Dean, Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai, to constitute a Medical Board, in terms of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy (Amendment) Act, 2021 r/w the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971, for examination of the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner to appear before the Medical Board, so constituted in the Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai, tomorrow i.e. on 22nd August, 2025 at 11.00 a.m.

The Medical Board, so constituted in the Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai, to examine the petitioner and submit its report before this Court on 25th August, 2025 at 3.00 p.m. 5.

Learned A.G.P to forthwith, communicate the said order to the Dean, Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai, so as to enable them to comply with the said order.
