The aforesaid petition was kept today for recording compliance of the order dated 25th August 2025, inasmuch as, it directs the concerned department of the State of Maharashtra to expedite the disbursement of compensation as applicable to the petitioner under the Manodhairya Scheme.

Learned A.G.P. informs us that an amount of Rs.30,000/- has been disbursed by way of an ad-interim compensation to the petitioner. Statement accepted.
