The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh application before the Family Court.

Leave granted. The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as sought.

The petitioner shall file such application on the next date before the Family Court. The petitioner shall mention in the application as to how the evidence of the witnesses to whom she wants to examine is material for the purpose of deciding the matter.
