The petitioner has filed the present petition challenging the order passed by the Recovery Officer under Rule 107(11) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Rules, 1961. The petitioner's remedy lies in applying under sub-Rule (19) of Rule 107 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Rules, 1961. 2.

Hence, keeping all questions raised in the present petition open to be agitated before the Special Recovery Officer. 3.
