Mr. Soman, learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that although initially, there was no possibility of hearing of the Interim Application filed by his client before the learned DRAT, yet, on an updated instruction, he has been informed that the matter will be taken up by the learned DRAT in the post lunch session.

2) In view of the above, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of his client, Mr. Soman, learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks withdrawal of this Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh as and when proper cause of action arises.
