In this writ petition the petitioner is seeking the following reliefs:- "a. Be pleased to quashed and set aside the order dated 27.03.25 of rejection of technical bid of the petitioner as it being passed arbitrary.

To quash and set aside the tender Reference No.BPCL/ RETAIL/POL/BULK/MANMAD/2024-29, E-tender ID: 17433, issued by the respondent-Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), Manmad Installation (1401) Through its Chief Manager OPS.I/C(Retail) Manmad, Nandgaon Raod, Panewadi Tq. Nadgaon Distt. Nashik 423104 (Annexure-B); c.

To stay to the fur the further process award of tender Reference No.BPCL/ RETAIL/POL/BULK/MANMAD/2024-29, E-tender ID: 17433, issued by the respondent-Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), Manmad Installation (1401) Through its Chief Manager OPS.I/C (Retail) Manmad, Nandgaon Road, Panewadi Tq. Nandgaon Distt. Nashik 423104 (Annexure B) during the pendency of the present petition.

To stay to effect, operation and implementation of the order dated 27.03.25 whereby the petitioner has been disqualified from the process of impugned Tender.

e.

To grant interim and ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) & (d);

f.

To grant any other relief as deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the matter;"

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.
