The Petitioner claims to be a cousin brother from the paternal side of Gaurav Bapu Sonawane who has been granted a validity certificate by the Committee.

The learned AGP is instructed to state that if the Petitioner waives the statutory 15 days notice period on the vigilance report, he can appear tomorrow at 11.00 a.m. for a common hearing along with Gayatri Bapu Sonawane. The committee would pass an order by the end of the day, tomorrow, on the merits of the claim of the Petitioner. Gayatri Shimpi

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner consents to waive the notice period and assures that he would appear tomorrow at 11.00 a.m. before the Committee and participate in the hearing along with Gayatri Bapu Sonawane.

We make it clear that if the Committee finds any deficiency or discrepancy with regard to the claim of relationship by the present Petitioner Nilesh with Gayatri, the Committee is at liberty to pass an independent order in his case.

The learned Advocate representing the State CET Cell submits on instructions that the seat allotted to the Institute which claims to have extended the seat to the Petitioner, may no longer be available since the admission of the Petitioner has been cancelled on account of non-receipt of the caste validity certificate. The decision of the Cell is also uploaded on its portal and is available in public domain. 6.

By recording the above statements, this Petition is disposed off.
