901-WP-11447-2025.doc eligibility condition imposed is SSC pass requirement and MCQ based online examination. It is submitted that imposing such a condition also on a candidate like the petitioner is arbitrary as it virtually excludes all persons with intellectual disability from public employment.

It is made clear that in the event, we find merit in this petition, rights of the petitioner will not be defeated only on account of a fact that last date for submission of the application under Advertisement is 7th October, 2025.
